From meeting with Nate to finishing with Fernando I felt like I was part of the family. I needed 2 estimates one for me and one for the insurance co.and Nate had no problem supplying them! He was also the only estimate I got that went up on the roof and checked it out personally. When the workers showed up early, one of them spoked to me about what needed to be done and got right to work taking off the old roof. When project manager Fernando, got there they already had 1/3 of the roof off. Fernando took several pictures with a drone through the project and sent them to me. I felt very reassured the job was done right! And everything was cleaned up as if they were never here. Thank You Nate, Fernando and crew! Great job!

The work I had done on my house was done in a very short time and also done to perfection. I’m very happy my wife and I decided to go with NorthKit Roofing and Siding. The workers came in and did exactly what they were contracted to do. Both my wife and I are very pleased with how this job turned out.

From the beginning Mr. DiFilippo (Salesman) came to my house to give us an estimate of our roof. I have called different places before and I always felt that salesman were very pushy plus expensive. Mr. DiFilippo make us feel we were in control did not push us and gave us a great estimate. The process was super quick and the workers came and did their job without any issues. Fernando (Project Manager) was always respectful, always checking the all process was smoothly. My only complaint will be that after the project was done and they were gone, I did find few nails around the property. The only thing that I understood because the day they work it was so so cold and they work until late. If you ask me if I recommend them....absolutely. I will not hesitate with them.

Home Siding project
A beautiful Job! They were very careful with all the equipment and very thorough with the job. The siding was a perfect choice for my home and the completed job looks fantastic! From start to finish, there was regular communication regarding the project and its stages. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work. This is repeat business as Warner did my roof, soffits, and gutters job 5 years ago. If I had any other work that was needed, I would have Warner complete it. Highly recommended!
